In 2003, Bayer and Panasonic founded Viterion as a joint venture project. The goal was to provide healthcare to remote patients who cannot get to hospitals easily.
In 2003, Viterion had become an authorized supplier to the Veterans Health Administration, monitoring the health of veterans across the country.
In 2014, NSD Co., Ltd., a publicly traded international IT services organization became a part of the project.
As a pioneer of telehealth, the product operated for nearly 10 years. But it was time for it to be modernized.
The legacy product "V100" was renamed "Vitacast", and we helped them rebuild everything from inside out.
I reimagined, redesigned and rebranded the product in a way that's easy to use even for the elderly who's never used a computer.
I also provided Android front-end development services to implement the design, testing and QA services working closely with the development team.
